Lake Waynoka is currently hiring part-time front-gate personnel for split shift coverage (11a-7p). Total weekly hours for part-time employees varies from 8 hours to 32 hours depending on availability and needs of the employee and department.
Job Details:
- Current shift coverage need is for Split Shift (11a-7p).
- Ability to cover 2nd Shifts when needed (for employee requests off) is a plus. 2nd Shift hours are 3p-11p.
- Shifts are scheduled to the best of our ability to accommodate employee's personal schedules and set schedules are most commonly adhered to depending on availability, employee illness, and requested days off.
- Part-time employees may request to work from 1-4 shifts per week per their own preference and department needs.
- Extra hours may also be available with other employee's requested days off or for call-offs.
- Candidates must have reliable transportation, the ability to work with others, and provide friendly customer service for the residents of Lake Waynoka and visiting guests.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
- Employees are paid weekly.
- Criminal history does not disqualify applicants, but must be disclosed during interview process.
Job functions include (but are not limited to):
- Answering phone calls.
- Entering/Issuing guest passes.
- Issuing motor vehicle/boat/golf cart annual decals.
- Relaying phone calls and messages to appropriate departments.
- Communication skills with other employees and residents/guests.
The rate of pay for part-time positions is currently $14.35 hourly with shift differential possible if employees are able or willing to cover third shift for requests off/call-offs.
Employees also receive an annual cost of living pay raise, as well as access to all Lake Waynoka amenities (gym, pools, etc.).
